A local secondary school in Poplar, Tower Hamlets are in need of a strong Humanities teacher to start from November 1st 2022. The school appoints professionals of the highest calibre as they fulfil their ambition to transform the life chances of their students and their community.

The requirements of the teacher is:

• To plan, teach and assess Humanities lessons
• To embody the promotion of the school ethos, its policies, routines, and expectations
• To secure excellent progress and attainment of all students across the subject, and to ensure outcome gaps are narrowed
• To support the development of the curriculum to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources, and improved learning standards and achievement
• To support the creation of an aspirational culture and experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
• To share and support the school’s responsibility for wellbeing and provide opportunities for personal and academic growth

Been a behaviour mentor for 4 years and I've been unlucky enough to have only worked with jai bance for the past 3 months. In those 3 months he's managed to get me my current highest paying roll as a temp & secured me a contract within my first school working with principle. In general I'm not a big fan of recruitment agencies as they often only view candidates as a pound note but these guys know the roles (in detail so your not walking blind) support you through the many challenges you will face as a temporary worker but most importantly the pays fair and its always payed on time.
