About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and creative faculty for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), fostering a love for performance, creativity, and expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons
- Inspire students of all abilities to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills
- Contribute to school productions, extracurricular activities, and enrichment opportunities
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the performing arts provision
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Be passionate about the performing arts and student development
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
