About the Role
As part of a dynamic school team, you will:
- Support students with their learning, behaviour, and emotional development
- Build positive, professional relationships with young people aged 11–16
- Act as a role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions where needed
