About the Role

As part of a dynamic school team, you will:

• Support students with their learning, behaviour, and emotional development
• Build positive, professional relationships with young people aged 11–16
• Act as a role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions where needed
