We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to work with our pastoral team. This is a unique opportunity to support our students and help them achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for working with students to identify and overcome any personal barriers that may prevent them from achieving academic success.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with a diverse range of students. You should have experience in delivering pastoral support and have a good understanding of the issues that students face in their academic and personal lives.

Your role will involve liaising with teachers and other support staff to ensure all students are receiving the support they need. You will be expected to be a positive role model for our students and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
