Principal Education are currently recruiting for a qualified Maths teacher to join an inclusive school with immediate availability up until July 2024 where every pupil is known for who they are and the richness of their character whilst strongly displaying their values of Respect, Responsibility and Integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and rigorous lesson plans in alignment with the UK national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for mathematics, whilst supervising students during classroom activities and school events.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through effective formative and summative assessment strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the mathematics department and contribute to the school’s academic community.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field & Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
• Strong background and expertise in secondary school mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom management skills to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes.
