SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant – Loughton – Easter Start

 

We are looking to hire a number of Teaching Assistants for one of our schools based in Loughton. The school is a SEN School with focus on supplying a high level of education for students with severe and complex needs and pupils within the autistic spectrum.

The vision of the school is that all pupils who go on a learning journey at the school develop as a whole person to be the best version of themselves. They do this within the Community Code of Confidence & Independence, Achievement & Effort, Respect & Responsibility, Compassion & Kindness.

Requirements:

  • Supporting children with daily tasks.
  • Assessing and accommodating individual learning needs of students.
  • Requires SEN and/or SEMH experience.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to help in other areas of the classroom.
  • The ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.

 

You must hold a recent DBS or proceed to apply for a new one.

Been a behaviour mentor for 4 years and I've been unlucky enough to have only worked with jai bance for the past 3 months. In those 3 months he's managed to get me my current highest paying roll as a temp & secured me a contract within my first school working with principle.
