Our vibrant school in Beckton, Newham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PE teacher to join us on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year.
Position: Long-Term PE Teacher
Location: Beckton, Newham
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Until the End of the Academic Year
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of all students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate and succeed.
Organize and oversee extracurricular sports activities and events.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote physical education across the school community.
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physical education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential.
Commitment to promoting health and well-being among students.
