The Role:
- Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and rapport.
- Identify and address individual student needs, both academically and socially.
- Assist students in setting and achieving their academic goals.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in various subjects.
- Help students develop essential life skills, including time management and study techniques.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to support students’ well-being.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
