Responsibilities:
As a SEND TA, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
