Job Description:
As a Behaviour Mentor at Roding Valley School, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting students with behavioural challenges to improve their conduct and social interactions.
Providing one-on-one or group mentorship to help students develop coping strategies and positive behaviours.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school counsellors to create tailored behaviour intervention plans.
Monitoring and documenting student progress and behaviour changes.
Encouraging a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A strong passion for working with students and helping them overcome behavioural challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
Relevant experience in behaviour mentoring or related fields is a plus.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the school’s values.
