The Role:
• Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and rapport.
• Identify and address individual student needs, both academically and socially.
• Assist students in setting and achieving their academic goals.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in various subjects.
• Help students develop essential life skills, including time management and study techniques.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to support students’ well-being.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and workshops.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
