As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting Student Success: Work closely with students to help them overcome behavioural challenges, build self-esteem, and make positive choices.
Personalized Guidance: Develop individualized plans to address each student’s specific needs, tailoring your approach to their unique circumstances.
Positive Role Model: Serve as a mentor and positive role model, guiding students toward responsible and respectful behaviour.
Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create a supportive network for the students.
Data-Driven: Track and report on the progress of students, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience working with students in an educational or mentoring capacity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience and empathy to work with students facing behavioural challenges.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
