Been a behaviour mentor for 4 years and I've been unlucky enough to have only worked with jai bance for the past 3 months. In those 3 months he's managed to get me my current highest paying roll as a temp & secured me a contract within my first school working with principle. In general I'm not a big fan of recruitment agencies as they often only view candidates as a pound note but these guys know the roles (in detail so your not walking blind) support you through the many challenges you will face as a temporary worker but most importantly the pays fair and its always payed on time. What does this mean for me, the job seeker? Well, it means you can use the app to find no pressure, transparent and non-bias work when it suits you. It also means that you still have the support of a well-trained industry expert at the end of the phone for when you need support or advice, and as the app takes care of the everyday workload it leaves us more time to spend on the calls that matter.

Is it just teachers you place?
No, not at all. We place everything inside the school, the most common roles are teachers and support staff (Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants) however we also place Caretakers, School Office Administrators, School Finance Staff, School Technicians, Pastoral officers, First aiders and Exam Invigilators just about everything else.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy, simply download our free app and register an account – this should take 60 seconds. Once you are in, you will be able to take a look around a potentially view your work matches there and then. If you want to progress further, we will be in touch to take you through the short compliance process. After this you will be able to accept supply work completely autonomously 24/7/365 and express your interest in long term or permanent jobs.
Do still I have to complete vetting information?
Absolutely, our schools trust us to ensure the candidates we supply are properly vetted and so you will be vetting inline with the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Schools: Safer Recruitment document, that said, we know it can be a pain waiting to be approved and so we have use technology to make this process as quick and efficient as possible.
Typically, it will take you just a few minutes to supply us with the information and documents we require. We will then take care of the rest.
We will need; –
- Right to work documents.
- ID
- Qualifications (if applicable)
- Your reference information
- Your DBS (Enhanced) – recent or on the update service.
Once we have this, generally we can take care of the rest and you will be cleared in a few days.
I need a DBS, can you help?
If you need your first DBS, your current DBS has expired, or you have an old DBS but didn’t register it with the DSB Update Service then we can arrange a new one for you. We have partnered with one of the UKs largest DBS providers, this means that you are sure to get your DBS as quickly as possible and error free.
How are do we get paid?
We pay our candidates PAYE. We have partnered with an FCSA (The Freelance and Contractor Services Associates) Gold standard payroll company who administer our payroll. This means you will get access to Holiday Pay and Pension Contributions should you wish too. We don’t deal with anything offshore or unregulated and are very strict about the companies we use, this is for our protection as well as yours.
