Been a behaviour mentor for 4 years and I've been unlucky enough to have only worked with jai bance for the past 3 months. In those 3 months he's managed to get me my current highest paying roll as a temp & secured me a contract within my first school working with principle. In general I'm not a big fan of recruitment agencies as they often only view candidates as a pound note but these guys know the roles (in detail so your not walking blind) support you through the many challenges you will face as a temporary worker but most importantly the pays fair and its always payed on time. Is it just teachers you place?
No, not at all. We place everything inside the school, the most common roles are teachers and support staff (Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants) however we also place Caretakers, School Office Administrators, School Finance Staff, School Technicians, Pastoral officers, First aiders and Exam Invigilators just about everything else.
How do I get started?

Does Principal vet its candidates?
Our schools trust us to ensure the candidates we supply are properly vetted and so all candidates are vetted in line with the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Schools: Safer Recruitment document.
That said, we know this is an area that can slow the recruitment process down and so we use technology to speed up the process in several places.
What is required from every candidate varies on their work history and situation however the common checks include
- Right to work checks.
- ID checks
- Qualifications checks
- Reference checks
- DBS checks
- Work history checks
- A number of declarations
- And OSPC or Name Change checks where applicable.
How do you pay your candidates?
We pay our candidates PAYE. We have partnered with an FCSA (The Freelance and Contractor Services Associates) Gold standard payroll company who administer our payroll. This means our candidates will get access to Holiday Pay and Pension Contributions should they wish too. We don’t deal with anything offshore or unregulated and are very strict about the companies we use; this is for our protection as well as yours.

Absolutely, although there are several benefits to using our technology, we know it’s not for everyone.
