Key Responsibilities:
As the Headteacher’s Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team in the effective and efficient operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the Headteacher’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
-Coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events.
-Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Assisting in the preparation and distribution of school communications.
-Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
-Liaising with staff, parents, and students to ensure smooth communication.
-Providing administrative support to the leadership team as needed.
Qualifications:
