Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London) + TLR (depending on experience)

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Female Head of Physical Education to lead our successful PE department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PE practitioner who is ready to take the next step into leadership, or for a current Head of PE seeking a fresh and rewarding challenge.
The Role:

Lead and develop the PE curriculum across Key Stages 3–5, ensuring an inclusive and aspirational programme for all students.

Inspire a love of physical activity, sport, and personal well-being through high-quality teaching and extracurricular provision.

Provide leadership and guidance to a committed team of PE teachers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Organise and promote school fixtures, sports clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities.

Play a key role in the pastoral and academic life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a qualified teacher with QTS and a strong track record in delivering PE across a range of key stages.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities or clear potential for leadership.

Be passionate about promoting health, fitness, and the value of sport for personal development.
