We are working with a range of vibrant, diverse, and high-achieving schools in Brent who require reliable staff to step in and deliver high-quality classroom cover. Opportunities include:

• Daily supply cover

• Short-term assignments

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes during teacher absence

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining positive behaviour

• Supporting pupils to stay on task and engaged

• Managing classroom transitions and routines effectively

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons (long-term roles)

• Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning where needed

• Working collaboratively with school teams and support staff

• Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements

For Cover Supervisors:

• Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Confidence leading groups of students

• A genuine interest in education

For Teachers:

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Recent classroom experience in the UK

• Strong subject knowledge (for secondary roles)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effectively

• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
