SEN Teaching Assistants & Support Workers – ASD, PMLD & Complex Needs

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to join our specialist teams supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Complex Needs.
About the Role
You will be working within a warm, supportive special school environment, helping pupils access learning, develop independence and achieve their personal goals. Every day will be different, and full of opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities

Providing 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with ASD, PMLD and Complex Needs

Assisting with communication, sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing

Supporting personal care routines where required (full training provided)

Helping deliver tailored learning activities designed by teachers and therapists

Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to implement EHCPs and support plans

Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
