All Boys School | Maths Teacher Short Term Cover

A well known all boys school based in Leytonstone are looking for a short term maths teacher, someone to cover a short term sickness. This role is currently a duration of a month (4 weeks), it may extend for the right teacher.

The school has been an asset to the community for a long while, with a strong management team that has been teaching and leading in education for 20 years.

The relevant teacher would need:

  • QTS or QTLS/ teaching degree.
  • Maths Higher Qualification.
  • A good understanding of teaching KS3/4 Maths.
  • Can enthuse and inspire students with a love of Maths.
  • Be able to inspire students to learn and achieve and have a strong commitment to the highest of standards.
  • Be keen to drive the development of related extra-curricular activities and partnerships.
  • Enjoy working in a challenging but highly rewarding environment and be flexible in response to the day-to-day requirements of a large, busy academy.

Been a behaviour mentor for 4 years and I've been unlucky enough to have only worked with jai bance for the past 3 months. In those 3 months he's managed to get me my current highest paying roll as a temp & secured me a contract within my first school working with principle. In general I'm not a big fan of recruitment agencies as they often only view candidates as a pound note but these guys know the roles (in detail so your not walking blind) support you through the many challenges you will face as a temporary worker but most importantly the pays fair and its always payed on time.
